Our earrings are handmade and one-of-a-kind, so slight variations from the photos—such as minor color differences due to clay availability—may occur. We do our best to maintain consistency and will notify you of any significant adjustments.
We’re happy to replace earrings if there’s a quality issue. However, damage caused by mishandling—such as dropping or improper storage—typically isn’t covered. Check out our “Care Instructions” section for help cleaning & storing your new pieces. If your jewelry breaks, send us a photo, and we’ll do our best to help!
